My name is Connor Rosenblatt! I lead Forest Bathing and Mindful Birding walks in the Sacramento region. As a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, I have been trained in the science-based wellness practice of Forest Bathing. It is my pleasure to lead guided walks that connect us with nature, ourselves, and each other to help reduce stress and anxiety.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, Forest Bathing involves slowing down, awakening our senses, and fully immersing ourselves in nature so that we may experience the many healing benefits it has to offer.
Combining the act of watching birds with elements of mindfulness and wellness, Mindful Birding involves taking time to appreciate each bird and being fully present with our experiences to relax, de-stress, and improve our health.
